Summer 2001 Issue
The Summer 2001 issue featured the Tulip Lace and Cable Vest, an easy cable/lace pattern in a lightweight linen/cotton blend yarn. Other patterns in this issue include the Cross-Country Aran Pullover (a top-down design first published in KnittingNOW) and the Wishbone Socks, knit in a blend of hemp and wool. Also included is an article on successful yarn substitution. The Cable Focus Column explored the many varieties of circular cables.
